This is a full-time position that requires a knowledge of the construction industry and communication skills. We are a dynamic and fast-growing construction company seeking a marketing assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, be self-motivated, and be willing to travel frequently. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:2 years

• Organize and coordinate marketing events and business trips
• Conduct site visits independently for infrastructure construction like bridges, roads, ports, tunnels, airports, industrial parks, and real estate and make notes for future references
• Prepare and maintain bidding documents and other business correspondence
• Maintain and foster business relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Provide abstracts of news and updates relevant to our industry

• Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong ability in gathering information
• Diligent and detail-oriented
• Proficient in English writing
• Extroverted and comfortable with networking and public relations
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of bidding procedures and document preparation
