Summary

Our Client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:3 years

Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments for the MD
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies and materials as may be required.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system
  • Add value to the MD’S daily schedules and minimize his/her workload.

Qualification

  • Academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in any field, minimum 2nd Class lower.
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant or related assignment 
  • Honest and Trustworthy. 
  • At least 3 years of driving experience with a good knowledge of Abuja and its environs.
  • A valid Driver’s License 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
