• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:3 years

• Valuation of properties.
• Sales, lease, and rental.
• Property/facility management.
• Property development.
• Feasibility and viability studies.

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management with a Second Class Lower
• Must have at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Presentation.
• Must be confident, smart, meticulous, diplomatic, and a problem solver.
• Good organizational and Planning skills.
• Willing to learn.
