SITE INSPECTOR

We are looking to hire a site inspector who will oversee all construction and building operations on-site. The ideal candidate will represent the company at each worksite, monitoring and supervising the efficiency of subcontractors and suppliers from site preparations and foundation laying to implementation and execution, and ensuring that the project is completed.

• Minimum Qualification:HND
• Experience Level:Entry level
• Experience Length:2 years

• Supervises all logistics operations on the site.
• Be willing to drive to the sites for inspection with clients. 
• Attend coordination and progress meetings and be on-site at all times during the entire process of the project.
• Must be responsible for overseeing construction operations in the site or field settings.
• Ensures that the site is performing according to company standards and are achieving set goals.
• Oversees the activities of various sites, be it at the office or an ongoing construction site.
• Coordinating routine, Inspection, and implementing company policies.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and share them with all stakeholders.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis and give updates on the working channel.
• Ensure that all staff members are aware of any changes to policies or procedures that may affect their jobs.
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum academic qualification of  HND/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Building Technology/Civil Engineering or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum of 2years experience in contruction techniques and technologies
• Candidate mus be able to interpret technical drawing
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license
• Good outstanding negotiation, organization and problem- solving skills.
