Summary

The candidate will manage client portfolios within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, delivering proactive and business-focused advice on HR matters relating to its assigned clients. Overall responsibilities span recruitment and selection, HR advisory, statutory compliance, business development, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, employee / industrial relations and another relevant strategic or administrative HR task

Description

  • Provide efficient and effective leadership and support in the implementation of all CRM initiatives. 
  • Manage employee relations. 
  • Manage multiple client portfolios and maintain excellent relationships with all client contacts. 
  • Responsible for maintaining employee records and for ensuring that all documents are appropriately filed in a timely manner in compliance with applicable legal requirements. 
  • Take the lead on drafting proposals for pitches to potential clients. 
  • Actively participate in relevant audits/license renewals and other Business Development efforts. 
  • Provide support for periodic unit planning and budgeting activities. 
  • Manage recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education. 
  • Coordinate new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs. 
  • Providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education based on current trends and research. 
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University. 
  • 8 – 10 years of HR operational experience within a reputable and structured business 
  • environment, preferably in Consulting. 
  • Professional certification in HR (CIPM, SPHRI, etc.) 
  • Must be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent understanding of local labor laws and practices. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. 
  • Excellent leadership qualities and organizational skills. 
  • Strong commercial acumen. 
  • Keen attention to detail.
