Work in close collaboration with the executive secretary and the board of directors on program development and community learning activities, as well as seeking funding for programs. The skills required for this position include project management, budget management, and the development of grant application submissions for grantees.
Ideation and proposal of ecosystem-building programs for approval by the ES and Board of Directors for implementation.
Project implementation with responsibility for monitoring and supervising activities carried out on projects.
Preparing, facilitating, and reviewing workshops and training of community members in collaboration with the project team, consultants, and partners.
Representing in meetings with donors, partners, and other local and international enterprise support organizations.
Supporting member hubs with capacity building, corporate management assistance, and opportunity sharing.
Report to the Executive Secretary and Board on the organization’s metrics, tracking data on performance, and evaluating impact towards building sustainability.
