A law firm is seeking to employ Associates with 5 - 10 years of post-call experience with strong litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate/commercial skills and who are equally willing and able to take on oversight functions.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:5 years

• Preparation and Review of court processes and other legal documents
• Drafting and review of contractual documentation
• Conduct property and corporate transactions
• Appearance at court sittings
• Attendance at Client meetings
• Monitoring and Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations at all levels
• Scheduling and managing Client interview
• Engage in pre-litigation settlement discussions
• Filing of court processes
• Preparation of reports and write-ups on relevant issues
• Appearance at and representation of Clients at law enforcement agencies
• Providing general legal support to the team
• Carrying out any other function assigned to the team.

• Strong knowledge of the law
• Excellent research skills
• Good leadership skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to take on oversight functions
• Ability to follow procedures ad processes
