Identify KPI for employees, handle staff remuneration, and disciplinary actions and assist in performance management, motivating the Sales team to meet monthly sales targets, plan a reward system for hardworking staff, enhanced career development

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:3 years

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity. Excellent knowledge of various HR functions, Efficient  management skills,
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good observation skills. Proactive. Effective time management skills. Exceptional ability to meet dateline. Ability to manage staff conflicts.
• Proficient in MS office. Years of experience with HR software such as ATS, HRIS, and Recruitment Marketing platforms.
• Additional HR education and certification will be a plus.
