Terra Academy for the Arts (TAFTA) provides online courses for beginners in scriptwriting, stage lighting, sound design, and animation. Over the next five years, we want to train 65,000 youths to improve the creative industry and the nation's economy. We are looking to hire for this position.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:2 years

• The Program Assistant will support the implementation of TAFTA project activities from our Victoria Island headquarters in Lagos. S/he will work to ensure that all program activities are implemented efficiently, timely, and in line with our values. 
• S/he will assist in the documentation of proposals and reports and perform administrative functions according to the direction provided by the Senior Program Manager.

• The desired candidate must have a B.Sc. degree in Social Sciences, Law, or Management, a project management qualification, practical mastery of project management software, data analysis, and data visualization, 
• At least two years’ highly successful experience in complex projects of youth-related social work.
