The Graduate Trainee is expected to have clear career goals and must possess the patience and humility required for an intense and rewarding learning experience.

• Experience Level:Graduate trainee
• Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year

• Acquiring an excellent understanding of the company’s culture, and adapting to the culture.
• Learning about the full range of products and services offered by the company.
• Learning the company structure, and how different departments function and collaborate, for optimal company performance.
• Studying company policies, processes, and practices, towards gaining mastery.
• Performing office duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Participating in on-the-job training when required.
• Participating in internal meetings, and external workshops/training.
• Carrying out research to improve work processes, under supervision.
• Building healthy professional relationships across hierarchies and job groups.
• Documentation of things learned on the job, and periodical review for mastery.

• Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc./HND in any discipline
• Candidate must have completed NYSC
• Age limit- 35 years 
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to grow
• A positive attitude and can-do spirit
• Humility- No sense of entitlement, no sense of superiority, a spirit of service. 
• Good Microsoft office skills
