Inventory Associate

We are recruiting for the position of an Inventory Associate on behalf of our client; a beverage distribution brand. As an Inventory Associate, you will keep track of goods and supplies in the store and manage orders to facilitate sales. Our ideal candidate must be reliable, and professional with good record-keeping skills and great attention to detail.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:2 years

• Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages.
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
• Device ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

• BSc. in Business administration, Accounting, Logistics, or relevant field.
• Minimum of two years experience as an Inventory manager or similar position.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Efficient math and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
