Summary

One of the leading National Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) is desirous to fill the position of Head, Ibadan branch office.

Description

  • Coordinate activities of the network of providers (hospitals) in southwest geo-political zone.
  • Organize regular provider’s forum to enlighten providers on company guidelines and protocols.
  • Recruit and accredit new providers according to the company’s protocol.
  • Perform reaccreditation exercises to ensure the hospitals continue to meet company standards.
  • Conduct provider quality assurance assessment.
  • Manage clients’ retention.
  • Manage providers' claims/bills in the region and ensure prompt payment according to company protocol.
  • Promote company products and services.
  • Participate in business development and achieve branch targets.
  • Participate in medical outreach, wellness, and health talks/seminars.
  • Overall responsibility for branch operation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • A minimum of 5 years of HMO experience and 2 years in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Either an MBBS, B.Pharm, B.A or B.Sc in any discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Public health or related fields will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Attendance of related courses/ workshops/seminars etc.
