• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

• Manage customer accounts and ensure regular repayment of the disbursement made to the customers.
• Mobilize customers and market information to update business units on product and current trends.
• Manage relationships with key customers as a customer point of contact at every level.
• Explore opportunities with existing customers for upselling to increase product sales to customer
• Proper management of groups and individual customers to ensure continuous relationship
• Support finance in control of credit and collections.
