We are looking to hire an experienced individual to fill this position. The Headteacher must have at least 2 years experience in a senior management role in a school and preferably 1 or 2 years as headteacher.

• Minimum Qualification: N.C.E
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation
• Working with other teachers to deploy staff effectively and recruit new staff
• Motivating, training, and disciplining staff
• Ensuring the motivation of the pupils
• Ensuring infrastructure is in place in which all members of staff and pupils feel they can register their opinions on serious matters, and have a route via which they can communicate problems to senior members of staff
• Proper management of school finances
• Resolving major disciplinary issues within the school premises.
• Evaluate and supervise school policy's effect

• Minimum of NCE, a B.Ed. will be an added advantage 
• At least two years of relevant experience as a teacher and crèche manager 
• Must reside not too far from the Yaba area
