We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill this position.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 5 years

• Report to the MEP Superintendent, collaborate with the electrical superintendent, electrical engineers and mechanical engineers.
• The primary role is to support the project with technical review and input, budget breakdowns, material orders.
• The Electrical WPM will be the point person for all technical items, design issues, submittals, budgeting and procurement in the electrical department.
• Review design and specification; analyze, critique and make recommendations during the design phase, to improve constructability, value and lead times.
• Provide, prepare and submit all documentation for product data submittals and RFI’s.
• Responsible to manage specification compliance in ordering of materials; communicating often with QC.
• Work directly with the superintendent and engineers to eliminate downtime caused by materials issues.
• Track and report the shipping of materials and tools; expedite when necessary.
• Take the technical lead on all mechanical items that overlap with the electrical SOW in conjunction with the MEP Coordinator and Mechanical Super.
• Follow security guidelines concerning SBU documentation.
• Plan for and assist with a project maintenance schedule for all electrical and electronic systems.

• Must have 5-years OBO construction experience
• Must have 5-years USG (other) contract experience
•  Must speak excellent English.
• The ability to speak Turkish is a plus.
