Hotel Sunshine is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the post of IT Officer. She/He is to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the hotel. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problems.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the manager
• Provide customer support in escalated situations
• Responds to customer complaints or issues
• Develop strategies for better workflow efficiency and goal achievement
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees
• Gathering of feedback from employees, managers, and customers to make useful adjustments to company procedures monitor the operation of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly develop good customer relationships
• Smooth out problems within the workplace
• Address employee's and customer concerns
• Respond to all user's requests and provide them with adequate support Install new software and hardware installation and maintenance of computer network systems within the company
• Repairs hardware that has become faulty Troubleshoot problems with the system or within an individual's computer etc

• Knowledge of Computer Networking and configuration of electronic devices
