We are recruiting audit staff for our client, a reputable organization in the Oil and Gas sector. The candidate must have an appreciation, for company policies & procedures, and the need for a strong compliance culture. He/she must be quick to understand organizational systems. He/she must be able to carry out checks on simple operational activities within the organization.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Graduate trainee
• Experience Length: 1 year

• Auditing of work done by operators
• Supporting the implementation of departmental audit plans
• Carrying out checks to ensure adherence to company policies 
• Detection of errors in a timely manner and ensuring prompt resolution
• Identifying opportunities to improve the audit process and risks inherent in the company’s operations.
• Blocking of potential fraud through timely and diligent checks
• Reporting cases of malpractice and suspected fraud
• Investigation of issues brought up by regulatory bodies
• Ensuring efficient and proper use of company resources
• Preparation of audit reports for management evaluation

• Minimum of 1-year experience
• BSc or HND in any Social Science or Science course
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
