We are recruiting sales officers for our client, a reputable organization in the Oil and Gas sector. The sales officer must be results-oriented and comfortable with targets. He/she must have strong relationship management skills. He /she will be required to manage existing customers for increased business and develop new customer relationships.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Graduate trainee
• Experience Length: 1 year

• Promoting the company’s products to existing and potential customers.
• Ensuring the product needs of customers are met in a highly ethical, and timely manner.
• Investigating customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining new customer relationships.
• Identifying impediments to sales growth, developing, and implementing solutions to address this.
• Keeping abreast of new product initiatives of the company.
• Acquiring an excellent understanding of the market forces, and regulatory issues, which influence the company’s sales strategy, to adopt an advisory role to customers (where necessary).
• Providing management with comprehensive sales reports for critical decision-making.

• BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, a degree in any other course
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong presentation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated and strong drive to meet targets
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in sales is an added advantage
