• Experience Length: 2 years

• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests. 
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students. 
• Establish clear objectives for all lessons, and projects and communicate those objectives to students. 
• Observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, and social development to facilitate learning and growth. 
• Prepare materials and classroom for class activities. 
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
• Prepare reports on activities as required by administration. 
• Organize and label materials and display the children’s work in a manner appropriate for their ages. 
• Uphold and model the school values. 

• Academic qualification of either B.Ed, PGDE or Master’s degree 
• 2 – 3 years of working experience in the classroom.
• Problem-solving

• Oral and written skills
