Summary

Ensure delivery of business revenue objectives by taking ownership of sales and letting activities from strategy formulation to development and implementation. In addition, the SM, Sales and Letting is responsible for coaching and training team members to equip them with requisite skills and competencies to deliver and exceed targets, driving compliance to internal processes across the sales value chain to ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Description

  • Act as a business advisor and strategist; providing relevant support to the GM, Commercial 
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives by collaborating with relevant departments to develop sustainable partnerships with stakeholders
  • Prospect for new business and leverage opportunities (and Joint Venture initiatives) to grow sales revenues eg. Mortgage banks, cooperatives, developers and real estate agents, etc 
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of real estate trends and other factors to ensure client expectations are met eg. timelines for title deeds etc 
  • Work with relevant team members to develop product and service promotions, advertorials, and publicity advising on impact, cost, and effective implementation.
  • Consult with relevant units to review client feedback as a means of instituting improvements in operational processes to increase repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and define short and long term sales goals as well as coordinate implementation
  • Attend industry functions, events, and conferences, showcasing FWC as the preferred Real Estate solutions provider
  • Identify FWC’s unique value proposition and differentiators and communicate same to members of the sales teams as a tool for prospecting and countering objections
  • Develop creative strategies to support funding for subscribers / off-takers in a way that minimizes risks and losses to the organization
  • Collaborate with the New business and strategic project teams in identifying viable projects based on market trends. 

Qualification

  • Cascade corporate revenue targets to all team members and institute measures for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking 
  • Provide relevant coaching and support to all team members to exceed expectations
  • Review weekly report of team members, providing necessary feedback in terms of prospecting, leads pipeline, and sales closure 
  • Review and sign-off offer documents for team members prior to sharing with clients. Ensure all terms are in line with corporate guidelines, protecting the business from  risks of any sort 
  • Review and present team member's commissions due for payment processing within agreed timelines
  • Work with relevant team to ensure seamless handover processes and issuance of relevant purchase agreements to clients within stipulated timelines
