Technical Skills:

Good logical reasoning skills.
Knowledge of programming using any of the following: ASP.NET MVC, C#, Vb.Net, JavaScript, Clarion, SQL-Server, other web tools, WebDev (WINDEV, WEBDEV &WINDEVMobile);
Good understanding of database management, reporting, and programming using MS SQL, MySQL,Crystal reports, etc.
Prompt understanding of the business logic and company solutions;
Timely completion of assigned tasks;
Able to train support staffs by Intimating understanding of the software to support;
Good documentation skills (users and technical manual, Errors reference);
Constant and timely feedback to Senior Programmer;
Understand the real business processes of the actual business or industry;
Good Presentation and communication skills;
Pass all development to QA for verification before release;
Project Development skills;
Report creation
