Setting up sales procedure for team members.
Organize marketing plans to attain sales target.
Support in Sales staff recruitment as necessary.
Appraise performance of team members
Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of under-performing personnel.

Graduate with minimum of five years practical experience in the FMCG industry.
An outstanding supervisory experience.
Demonstration of positive team player spirit
Conversant with retail principles required to effectively process sales operations.
Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Possession of valid driver’s license and LASDRI

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 plus sales incentives.
