The Customer Support Personnel will interact with customers and take hotel bookings on a daily basis. This job requires listening and communicating with customers.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year


  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels (E-mail, Chats, Phone, and social media)
  • Handle and process hotel bookings, ensuring instant confirmation and seamless check-in for customers.
  • Maintain booking logs
  • Process cancellations for all guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop better efficient systems where lacking.
  • Manage customer relationships that get them delighted.


  • Excellent communication skills: good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Good telephone Etiquette:  You will be responding to customers in a instantly-timed manner, and so it is important to keep close contact with the phone.
  • Scheduling and Time-management: Prioritize activities according to scale of reference.
  • Flexibility:  willingness to work at odd hours, especially when on night shift.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working and learning various software’s that enhance customer relationship and communication.
