We also proudly carry out structural assessments of buildings. A skilled team of engineers and administrative teams, with detailers, means we function as a full-service consultancy company. We seek to hire for the position of Business Development Officer.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:2 years

• Developing growth strategies and plans 
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients 
• Increasing client base 
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions Writing business proposals 
• Negotiating with stakeholders 
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs 
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams 
• Following industry trends locally and internationally 
• Drafting and reviewing contracts 
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements 
• Interface with regulatory bodies 
• Follow up with registration requirements 

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Social Science or a relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, 
• High-level communication/Interpersonal skills
• Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy. 
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team 
• Development Strategy

• Experience working to and exceeding targets

• Use of Microsoft Office and suites
