Description

  • Take charge of the company’s interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice.
  • Devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data.
  • Identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.
  • Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience handling corporate social media accounts
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. 
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skill
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
