We are seeking a vibrant young candidate to perform as the collections manager for a large scale retail organization based in Anambra State. We are a large scale retail development in Anambra housing numerous shops (clients/ tenants).

• Minimum Qualification:HND
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:3 years

• Ensure timely collections of all rent, service charge and utilities from each tenant every month. 
• The candidate will be required to give reports of meetings with defaulters weekly and track collections hence candidate must be very numerate and understand basic Excel.

• Minimum academic qualification of HND in a related field
• Candidate must have experience working directly with customers or clients.
• Background in sales, marketing or collections preferred.
• Must be very proactive
• A people person
• Must have great negotiation / marketing skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word and Excel)
• Must have experience dealing with difficult clients
• Must be detailed oriented
• The candidate must not be older than 35 years of age.
