Description

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensured the proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications effectively, both in-person and electronically.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and managing mail distribution
  • Student and staff management.

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Office Assistant
  • Strong digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Practical written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is desirable.
  • Must be based in Aba, Abia State, or willing to relocate.
