Biomedical Engineer would be responsible for installing and maintaining hospital equipment and devices across sites, adhering to strict compliance to set processes and procedures.

• Experience Length:3 years

• Coordinate alignment of the Biomedical engineering team on industry standards
• Coordinate engineering team engagements across sites
• Monitor compliance of the Biomedical engineering team on standard processes around Equipment maintenance, repairs, calibrations, site inspections, inventories, and monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Ensure that the team aligns with the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Scope of Work for Clinical Facility Management and/or Clinical waste management
• Provide support and coordinate with the team on understanding customers’ requirements, initiating engagements with Channel partners, sourcing, and logistics follow-through for medical equipment, devices, and consumables
• Follow-through with all Biomedical engineering teams on assigned deliverables
• Provide support for innovative ways around prompt Preventive maintenance, Assess tagging, Service tagging, and applicable documentation
• Coordinate engineering team on processes on Spares parts management, and weekly/daily requisitions.
• Regularly review and standardize documents for Maintenance reports, on-demand reporting, and documentation
• Identify the skill gap within the engineering team and recommend ways to bridge the knowledge gap
• Coordinate all engagements with Biomedical business initiatives like Biomedical Engineering as a Service model
• Design, test and implement new processes for creating biomedical equipment, and products.

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biomedical science, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in the biomedical field.
• COREN member holding a certificate is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent design sense and technical competence to translate ideas into products.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
