Give Raffle, a (gaming) company is looking for a dynamic, vibrant, and goal-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to complement her expansion strategy.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy for our business.
• Identify new markets for brand building of the raffle property and analyze customer feedback and market data.
• Work with department heads or staff to discuss contracts, selection of advertising media, products to be advertised, and other marketing-related events and issues
• Advise with respect to new products and existing product improvements
• Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

• 3 - 5 years previous marketing or sales experience.
• Minimum academic qualification of either an HND or a BSc
• Good time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), content management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Strong negotiations and relationship management skills.
• Ability to be proactive, work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates must reside on the island.
