Summary

Description

  • Attending to customers, bringing/selling of phones to customers.
  • Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Be ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.

Qualification

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Experience in providing customer service support.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Must be a patient and honest person.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Any level of qualification is fine.
