Track and manage farm financial data including budgeting and recording of daily financial transactions to enable reconciliation of spend, receivables as well as payables; Ensure internal control through stock-taking, operational audits & general record keeping.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Financial data recording and managementCollate, file & send all data (receipts, invoices, etc.) timely to the Central Accounting hubUpdate and maintain the farm general ledger and trial balance through weekly reconciliations of spend, receivables& payablesHandle and reconcile petty cash, including all farm operational expenses (procurement, farm operations from planting to sales)Prepare full and weekly budgets and monitor any variancesAssist PM & Agronomist with financial analysis for tactical decisionsMonitor and prompt regarding any payments due or financial admin.Support with general admin. e.g., minute taking in key meetings, etc.
