We are currently providing unfettered access to over 4,000 top private schools in Nigeria while at the same time empowering parents with all the requisites to place their wards in good schools with ease. Our other game-changing platforms include The Avenue, The Business of Education Summit, Study Nigeria Fair, and Lifelong. We are recruiting an ambitious sales lead to join our team of education natives. You will work closely with the Growth Team to significantly drive sales and business development opportunities for all our SBUs.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Description

  • Grit and is self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Ability to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, relationship management, networking, and social media
  • Ability to analyze trends and mine data for upselling & cross-sell opportunities

Qualification

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Proven work experience in sales - minimum of 2 years
  • Ability to work autonomously - using initiatives to achieve KPIs
  • Experience with digital tools like google drive, slack, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholders management skills - stakeholders include School Administrators, Parents, Students, University Reps, etc.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is NOT a must (We will not ask you about your academic background)
