Description

  • Performing all administrative functions and managing the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Sending and receiving mail and packages
  • Managing documents and files
  • Sending and receiving documents for the company
  • Assisting in various daily operations
  • Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
  • Ensuring all administrative operations are carried out appropriately.
  • Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Ensuring that all company documentations are up to date and remain legally compliant within the various bodies governing the industry.

Qualification

  • The candidate must be able to make use of modern communication tools. 
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of social media such as Facebook and other social media apparatus.
  • Be very vast in the formulation of policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field 
  • A minimum of three years of working experience in the education or travel industry.
