We are looking for an IT Administrative Support Officer who will be responsible for designing and managing the company’s website using WordPress. You will work closely with the management to create and oversee website content, create content, manage social media channels, aid search engine optimization (SEO), and implement routine updates.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

• Design, implement and manage the website using WordPress
• Monitor the performance of the live website.
• Carry out a routine update and implement changes on the website.
• Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
• Manage all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Develop creative and engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Make recommendations to improve the company’s website.
• Design and manage the website back-end.
• Design graphics and flyers.
• Resize and edit images.
• Edit and create content videos.
• Manage front-end and back-end website development.
• Carry out research to improve the User Experience of the website.
• Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.

• Excellent communication and Research skills.
• Good content creation and writing skills.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Keen attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Social media management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
