Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The job holder reports to the Head, HR & Admin.

Description

  • Conduct regular training needs assessment using various organisation provided channels.
  • Provide organisation-wide training calendar.
  • Follow up with zonal managers to coordinate learning interventions.
  • Carry out an audit of learning interventions to ascertain return on training investment.
  • Submit necessary returns to Industrial Training Fund.
  • Facilitate training as it may be required from time to time.
  • Relate with internal and external training facilitators to identify the best hands at any given time.
  • Provide training budget by departments/zones.
  • Conduct field surveys as may be required.

Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class lower division (2:2) in any discipline.
  • Professional qualifications – MCP certification is desired.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Microfinance Operations.
  • The job holder must be able to work in a fast-paced financial environment.
  • Be willing to travel and work in different parts of Nigeria.
  • Have good facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good communication skills – ability to write quality and coherent reports for management information and decision.
