We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacant role of Head of Credit at a non-banking institution.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 3 years

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing, and annual due diligence.
• Manage and drive the success of all consumer lending businesses including consumer loans, operating lease, and invoice factoring/discounting.
• Develop innovative products to promote the company's consumer lending business line.
• Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk.
• Keep up to date with the company’s lending protocols.
• Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances.
• Develop and prepare spreadsheets and models to support analysis of new and existing credit applications.
• Evaluate clients’ credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them.
• Preparing reports about the degree of risk in lending money to clients.
• Analyzing client records and using the data to recommend payment plans.
• Conferring with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on clients.
• Evaluating the financial status of clients by producing financial ratios through computer programs.
• Conferring with clients to verify their financial/credit transactions and to resolve their complaints.

• The ideal candidate must have not less than 3 years of similar job experience.
• Must possess a degree from a recognized institution. Post Graduate degree is a strong plus.
• Excellent ability to use Microsoft package.
