Summary

Our client is recruiting to fill the position of Head Analytic & Insight. The candidate will support the retail business with insights and analytics using a data-led approach to guide business decisions, support products development, process improvement and monitor business performance.

Description

  • Work closely with retail teams to identify business needs and opportunities, use a data-driven approach to  propose effective solutions. 
  • Support data governance, data integrity and quality data assurance processes. 
  • Develop propensity using statistical techniques to predict customers’ most probable needs to support  products uptake, customer retention and process improvements. 
  • Work with internal and external customers and IT partners to develop and analyze business intelligence  needs for the retail business 
  • Develop customer segmentation framework using data driven techniques to cluster customers into logical  groups. 
  • Identify and integrate datasets, data components, and attributes from various information systems to  leverage information for business programs and objectives 
  • Manage database processes and ETL procedures to maintain data marts to support MIS reports and  analytics. 
  • Manage the development of dynamic and intuitive dashboards to visualize and monitor key retail metrics  and indices.  
  • Supervise data sourcing, gathering and data normalization of customer transactions data on channels,  product penetration, demography and behavioural patterns as well as organizing market research data to provide insight into customer needs and preferences.
