We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Front Desk / Receptionist

Location: Ikeja / Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Communicate, Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Qualification

  • Interested candidates should posses a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
  • 2 years of work experience
  • Formal qualification in Customer support experience , receptionist, administrative work, or related training.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Hands on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good time-management/ exceptional interpersonal skill.

Salary
N45,000 - N65,000 / month.
