The successful candidate will work with the Technical Advisor on
HIV & KP to provide technical and programmatic support to drive HIV
and other Community Services intervention in close working relationship
with stakeholders; CSOs, supported health facilities, relevant
government agencies and network of PLHIV.
S / He will provide technical leadership in developing strategies
and interventions to improve the quality and responsiveness of HIV
prevention programming and service delivery for KP program in assigned
states.
S / He will provide technical assistance and mentorship to other
project team members and facilitate technical capacity assessments in an
efficient and evidence-based manner.
Must possess a first Degree in Sciences or Social Sciences. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Must possess a minimum of 6 years cognate experience in an NGO or
donor-funded environment with expertise in the design, implementation
and monitoring of Key Population program, HIV Care & Support
programs
Must have a proven track record of implementing programs requiring the participation of government and community stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build partnerships and consensus within teams and with other stakeholders.
